Your time is incredibly precious. Life is so busy! We get that, and we value your time. We don’t want you to have to take extra time out of your day to come in when a simple text or phone call can answer your question or solve your problem. 

At Petrous Orthodontics, we make sure that you have lots of ways to get in touch with us. We’re always a phone call, text, email, or virtual check-in away from all our patients! You should have the ability to contact your orthodontist at your convenience, and that is what we want you to do. 

Concierge for Invisalign Patients

We assign a concierge to each of our Invisalign patients. Why? It comes back to convenience. We have weekly check-ins with our patients so they can come into the office less often. Our goal is to limit the number of appointments during your treatment so you take less time out of your busy schedule. 

Petrous Orthodontics thinks through the treatment process to ensure we’re not bringing patients into the office unnecessarily. We don’t want to schedule office appointments just for the sake of making office appointments. We want your treatment to fit your timeline and lifestyle. 

We see patients when they need to be seen or when they want to be seen, but not more. Contact us if you have concerns about your braces or Invisalign or a braces emergency. We may be able to talk you through an easy solution. If you feel more comfortable coming into the office, we always want to see you! We want to do what works best for you.
