We are always on the lookout to add new members to our growing team. Believe it or not, experience in Orthodontics is not a requirement. We value personality over experience every time and have a comprehensive training program for our new hires. We are looking for people who are:Â

Clinical
Our clinical team is an incredible group of people and are in charge of patient care in our office. Typically, you can find them in our clinic or lab working directly with our patients helping to educate them, encourage them, and to do hands-on clinical care. These teammates need to be good with their hands and to also like working with their hands. If you come to our office to get your braces adjusted, your Invisalign attachments placed, or a retainer delivered, you will interact with someone on our clinical team. Customer service background with multitasking is what we look for (waiter/waitressing, hair stylists, etc). Dental assisting experience is helpful but not necessary.
Admin
Our admin team is solid and are the first people you’ll meet when you contact us or walk in our office. They are the rockstars that represent Petrous Orthodontics on our phones, through emails and through texts. They are the first people you will encounter when you walk through our door creating a warm, welcoming environment. Our admin team is the liaison between our office and our referring general dental offices, they deal with insurance and they keep our operations moving. Customer service background is helpful for these roles (such as hotel, spa, concierge, luxury retail, or experience at a call center, etc.)
Sales
Our sales team deal primarily with our new patients. They are the ones that present financial options to patients in need of treatment. They are wizards at helping to make orthodontic care affordable and easy. Our sales team is low pressure, easy going, and great at connecting with people. When looking to add to this team, retail sales experience is what we look for (think Nordstrom, Somerset mall, car dealership, etc).
Marketing
To be a part of our marketing team, we value creativity! Experience with social media, photography, videography and event planning is a must.
Management
Our management team is our group of team leaders who set the tone for our practice. We strongly believe that the best leaders are the ones that we want to follow. They don’t lead by intimidation, they lead as servants. As they say, leaders eat last! Leadership and HR experience is a must for these roles.
